Inside the Majesty world...
Artfest Christmas Show was awesome! It was a great show, and very well organized and publicized.... thanks so much SUSAN for inviting me to be a part of it! This was a smaller craft show, really an art show actually that had some great prints, paintings and pottery. Majesty bags too... of course. It was really nice to see the support of the Hylands community and to see all the people that came! I was impressed. (And it was fun to go to the CTV studio and go on air to promote the show too)
Then... sewing sewing sewing all day and all night long for....
Stop and Shop Show was so much fun! This was at the Arts barn in Old Strathcona. SO much fun to meet new vendors, new customers and see all the wonderful goodies that people have created. This show was a success... largely due to all the promo's that Jenna and Ali did.... Thanks girls! You rock and the show was great! I had a Global T.V spot with Amy from My Sweet Lovable Goods and Kaylan Winter Berry from Winter Studios inc. and it was pretty fun as well! At this show my robot bags sold so well I stayed up late making more and thankfully they sold out! I have some awesome new things to show too!
A pretty hounds tooth bag from Silverlining which looks great with my new coat! Some sweet cupcake Christmas ornaments from Trendy Wendy, an awesome new apron from Andrea of In the kitsch, she makes GREAT vendor aprons! A print from Sarah Berry of the cutest jar of peanut butter ever! She also has buttons that say "JAM", and since those are my initials I had to get one. I also got the cutest little bear hat, and a hand embroidered mirror from Amy of My sweet lovable goods. I am addicted to her hats! I also picked up some "Red Blood Cell" gear from my pal Sibina Fisher of The Phage.
These are just a portion of the amazing things that were at the show..... Some other things that I admire are the necklaces from Uplifted-ethical jewelry, The awesome Plushies from Miss Dishy, the cute art from Crystal Driedger, the fun "Scrubs" from Kelly Madden, the sock monkeys from NeedleQueen, the Geekware from Acorn Studios, beautiful original art from Giselle Denis, Gadgetgirls cute robot cards, Lori Papps shoe art, and the awesome pottery from Sarah Corbett at Laughing Lotus Pottery.
Sounds like you missed out huh?
Well... you didn't miss out on Majesty goods yet! I will have one more craft showing this month and then it's vacation time.
14th Annual Beverly Heights Christmas Craft Sale.
Beverly community hall, 4209 111 ave.
Saturday November 24th 10am to 4pm.
All proceeds support Beverly Heights Community Playschool.
I won't be at this show personally, one of my elves will and I hope that you get to meet her! I will try to have some new things for this show, but I am packing up my self and taking off for Bangkok, Thailand for a bit. I am really quite excited, it's been a few years since I have had a chance to leave the country. The best part of all is my new passport picture! No, the best part is that I get to see my cute lovable Niece again and I am looking forward to playtime!
Take care everyone and remember, I can put my arm back on, but you can't. So play safe!
