So I'm looking over my shoulder at the MOUNTAIN of bags that need to be finished! And, kind of wishing I could crawl into bed and wake up with them all done by those elves that are kicking around her somewhere. If you see them, let me know!
Getting everything ready for the Bev Facey Signatures Show this Weekend.... I have some fun stuff to show you guys but as always... they are in limited quantities so be early if you want first pick!
Next up is the "Our Best To You" signatures show in Regina, Sask. Hopefully I will have lots of stuff to sell, and hopefully I won't die in a horrible van accident in a blizzard on a highway on the way there. I say skip the space program and invest in teleporters. Technology isn't my friend here. I ended up renting a cottage somewhere and have my fingers crossed that it won't give me nightmares!
Then my FAVORITE show is coming up Nov 13-15th..... Holiday Stop and Shop Show. Many exclamation marks for this one... great indy vendors and this is where I will get most of my Christmas gifts to myself I'm sure!
Lastly if you missed all those shows but still want a rocking new bag.... have no fear mortals! I will be at the Edmonton Christmas Butterdome Craft Sale Dec 4-7. This is the biggest craft show around and since it's 4 days I am sure everyone can find time to come out.
In other news.... I am really looking forward to December 8th, because then I can take a break! Get my sewing machines tuned up and my scissors sharpened. I got some awesome fabric in the mail today, and I can't wait to cut it up and sew something that's not vinyl! (I do love my job, I swear.)
I did find "The perfect winter coat".... and wondering how long it will take before I swipe the side of my dirty car with it..... I might just wear one of those plastic raincoats over it. Also... it is a teeny tiny bit snug. Lots of incentive to eat my veggies here! You can only move buttons over so far before it looks weird.
UPDATE..... I took back the impractical coat and found one less expensive, that does fit great and will be WAY warmer.... and with the left over money got my hands on those Ed Hardy boots I had my eyes on.
Trying out some new mascara from Urban Decay.... It's purple and I somehow expected it to be grape scented. I haven't been really impressed with other products I have tried from Urban decay, eyeshadow and makeup remover so we'll see if this passes the test.
I am super excited for all my upcoming craft shows because this was a REALLY BORING October. For Sure. I think I need some more excitement in my life.....
